    Within the School of Graphic Design, I'm helping our students to find their way through design education as well as working to continually refine the program itself. I have authored nearly a third of the graduate curriculum and have lead the the branding, design-systems, and conceptual courses within the program. I teach a full slate of classes each semester in both the Undergraduate and Graduate curriculums — online, in-person, and via zoom.I also design, and maintain our internal and external media presences — specifically at 79NM.net which houses over 10 years of student portfolios. Much of the process is captured at room557.com — a blog named after the room number of my former office at 79 New Montgomery Street. It has been a very rewarding experience.

    At Cyanovox, I design and manufacture audio gear... speakers mostly, but an amplifier and a guitar gizmo here and there. Each unit is hand-built in my Concord, CA workshop.
