Bim Management Implementer/Instructor:- Implementing BIM Programs for Engineering Firms and Governmental Authorities.- Performing training Courses in BIM implementation by using Revit and other techniques.- Developing the BIM requirements in the tender documents.- Implementing BIM requirements in remodeling the existing Buildings.Digital Solutions Lead:- Optimizing entire manufacturing value chains and innovating new products.- Capturing and analyzing massive amounts of in-hole data that they use to build digital models that guide efforts in real time.- Creating highly accurate digital twins of the human anatomy for clinical diagnoses, education, and training.- Detailed virtual model of cities/vast areas to help design better smart-city management systems in urban planning, maintenance, and disaster readiness projects.

• Determining new/updated medical regulations impact on health centers functionalities from an engineering perspective.• Meeting with health-care center managers for their user (Patient/Medical team) inputs.• Proposing solutions in the form of verbal communication, sketches, drawings, 3D shots, or simulations.• Getting a solution approved and determining contractor/s scope of work.

BIM Coordinator/Instructor:-Serving as the main point of contact with the client.-Organizing inputs, outputs and libraries.-Documenting all the coordination topics with the client.-Raising RFIs if any topic needs clarifications with the client.-Design changes tracking (using models + and 2D).-Planning production by setting priorities and assessing workload.-Quality check of families and outputs.-Recording submittals and production.-Organizing quick meetings upon request of the BIM Manager to resolve RFI or design issues.-Collaborate and coordinate with interfacing disciplines. -Full understanding of the BIM requirements.-BIM Team assistance and tutoring.-Clash detection process review.Architectural site coordinator:• Studying the identified Clashes, discrepancies & points of concern by site visits & meetings with stakeholders.• Provide a summary of events that led to the occurrence of each discrepancy by studying related data and interacting with staff in charge.• Suggest a realistic viable solution from an architectural point of view by producing illustrations, sketches and/or drawings if needed.• Obtain data to complete architectural suggestions, through visiting project sites to compile measurements as necessary.• Documenting the coordination topics with the client.• Recording submittals and production.

• Going over tendering documents for a full understanding of the project deliverables and establishing a realistic timeline.• Coordinate and review consultants BIM deliverables.• Set and steer 4D construction meetings.• Preparing the template file and families. Processing and converting all drawings - (AutoCAD, Revit).• Modeling and creating required Disciplines, Grids, Levels, Elements and Worksets as well as designing and implementing Narratives, Mobilization, logistics - (AutoCAD, Revit).• Preparation of the model to be integrated with the P6 construction schedule - (P6 Primavera, Navisworks, 3Ds Max).• Creating High Resolution Render or a simulation of the project that reflects all defined P6 tasks - (3Ds Max or Sketch up, Navisworks, Photoshop).

Handled all the Architectural and Structural Tasks LOD300,350,400: - Revit Modeling of all Elements (Slabs, Columns, Walls, Windows, ..) - DDA's, RFI's, Clash detection and Quality checks. - Coordination of MEP, Structural and Architectural Systems with a team. - Creating and modifying Families. - Assist in preparation of 4D simulations. - Assist project team with construction coordination and scheduling. - Export DWF and others formats for collaboration internally and externally. - Prepare 3D models and dimension shop drawing sheets for field use and review.

- 3D architecture modelling for multiple small sized projects using Autodesk Autocad, Revit, and Sketchup.- 4D simulation using Autodesk Navisworks.- Video productions for the project.- Providing basic and advanced training in Revit architecture.

Design Engineer (Design Department, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm) - Part Time.MEGNA’S RESPONSIBILITIES: • Site inspection.• Plans accommodation to site (Autocad)• Sun, shade and shadow studies (Autodesk Revit).• Solar system design (Panels orientation and steel structure).• 3D modeling (Sketchup, v-ray, Google earth).
