Team delivered project on time and cost even with product shipping from Mexico to Poland and back to customer in Mexico. Plants have shipped 100% on time to customer requirements. • Manage an average of eight projects at a time to support short-life fuel emission valve projects. Projects are implemented generally in less than two years. Responsible for development of budget, deliverables, and schedule. Responsible for managing resources in a matrix organization. • Utilize change management to track changes to scope, budget, and timing. • Lead teams to identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Escalate risks as necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.• Develop communication plan to ensure proper stakeholder communication. Review project progress on agreed upon cadence with the customer. Raise all issues to customer as soon as identified.• Proactively lead teams through regular meetings, development of short-term and long-term deliverables, and work plan development. Actively assist team members to remove road blocks and to complete deliverables on time. • Lead PM discussion meeting with all PMs in business unit. Utilize meeting to discuss common issues and develop solutions to improve overall PM efficiency.

Launch new drive shaft and provide engineering support for machining and assembly areas.• Provided manufacturing support to production through the development of process sheets, control plans, FMEAs, and machining specifications.• Developed cycle time improvement plans to line balance new process consisting of multiple machining centers and heat treating equipment.

Developed the project to transfer ignition coil business from ACH LLC to Ford Motor Company. Determined program milestones, costs, and drove to completion. Lead engineer for purchase of new capital equipment and transfer of existing equipment from ACH plant to Ford plant.Assumed machine integrator responsibility for installation of new manufacturing process built by 5 different machine builders (2 in Italy and 3 in the US).

Led a team of 9 manufacturing engineers focused on cost savings and process improvements while obtaining goal of 80,000 coils manufactured per week. Additional responsibilities included process improvement and cost reductions for constraint operation.
