I am a seasoned Digital Strategist with 20+ years’ experience across multiple verticals including retail, publishing, finance, travel, technology and media. Digital is my passion and I have worked both client and agency side concentrating primarily on digital adoption, success and increasing revenue through digital programme excellence. Across my various roles my objective has always been to help increase brands understanding of customers end-to-end digital needs, journeys and behaviours, how these are changing and creating solutions to meet and excel within this demanding landscape. Throughout my career I've worked with amazing global brands establishing and growing award winning digital marketing programmes including British Airways, Skype and Expedia. In addition to creating sophisticated programme my priority was to increase client revenue through establishing overarching lifecycle roadmaps to drive revenue at each customer touchpoint.
