Infrastructure team consists of 11 full time employees supplemented by an outsourced relationship and multiple support agreements.• Architected and implemented Interactive Intelligence’s Call Center Package across 6 sites. Leveraged Paetec SIP trunks and full VOIP implementation with redundant infrastructure. Worked with call center executives and staff to design IVR solutions for various departments (intake, reauth, claims, billing) as well as outbound dialing for collections team. The package also allowed enhanced reporting, skilled based routing and routing to free agents in other call centers. The I3 system replaced Nortel PBX CS1000’s. • Architected disaster recovery agreement with Sunguard utilizing Metro-E and Data Domain replication. • Work closely with PMO and Compliance teams to ensure all regulatory policies and procedures are followed.
