• Responsible for all infrastructure areas including outsourced data center, outsourced support relationship, hardware and software procurement, network, voice, operations, operating systems (Windows, Linux, VMWare, & iSeries), san Technology (EMC), backup (Data Domain), database (Oracle & SQL Server), middleware (JBoss, BizTalk, Pentaho, RightFax etc.), security, helpdesk, desktop support, asset management and disaster recovery. • Planned, led, and executed the effort to build an infrastructure for CareCentrix after being sold by Gentiva to Waters Street Health Partners in September of 2008. This required selecting a data center location, purchasing hardware and software, and implementing an MPLS network for 6 CareCentrix sites. Worked with Gentiva to migrate all databases, applications, email, and over 600 user desktops and laptops to the new CareCentrix infrastructure. • Work with CIO and other executives to develop IT Strategy, road map and budgets.• Manage multiple vendor relationships to support all functional areas of the infrastructure team. Infrastructure team consists of 11 full time employees supplemented by an outsourced relationship and multiple support agreements.• Architected and implemented Interactive Intelligence’s Call Center Package across 6 sites. Leveraged Paetec SIP trunks and full VOIP implementation with redundant infrastructure. Worked with call center executives and staff to design IVR solutions for various departments (intake, reauth, claims, billing) as well as outbound dialing for collections team. The package also allowed enhanced reporting, skilled based routing and routing to free agents in other call centers. The I3 system replaced Nortel PBX CS1000’s. • Architected disaster recovery agreement with Sunguard utilizing Metro-E and Data Domain replication. • Work closely with PMO and Compliance teams to ensure all regulatory policies and procedures are followed.
