• Responsible to manage a team of 20 that is planning, forecasting, scheduling and real time resource managing 700 remote clinicians.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly service level metrics and business goals are met
• Communicate company policy information and requirements to staff to ensure operational decisions comply with policy
• Review current policies and processes and leverage knowledge to improve and develop policies and procedures

• Receive membership source file from Health Plan
• Strategically analyze membership to meet current market needs through clinician placement
• Maintain reporting/track progress of individual market goals to make adjustments as needed
• Manage and coordinate clinician’s work location/ schedule via collaboration with Scheduling Department
• Partner with Clinical department and Q/A to provide re-education and disciplinary actions as needed up to separation
• Act as liaison between clinician and all other departments

• Collaborate with various recruiting firms to source candidates
• Outreach to prospective candidates to begin new hire process and onboarding of candidates
• Initiate Credentialing process to include onboarding paperwork, background, drug, necessary training and all state requirements to ‘clear clinician to work’
• Provide completed credentialing files to Credentialing Department for final review
• Coordinate packaging and distribution of all supplies and equipment required for home visits
• Manage payment and reimbursement of all field clinician assessments and expenses

• Monitor websites for business opportunities for business development team
• Prepare expense reports, inventory log, and supply orders
• Update project tracking information on Vision CRM database
