• Ranked #1 out of 6 senior managers for exemplary program performance, execution, and risk mitigation. • Led the first successful SaaS product launch for the Marine Corps’ enterprise IT network in the Middle East, serving over 5,000 customers. The product, spanning from end-to-end delivery, was completed four weeks ahead of schedule.• Developed and executed a 2-year roadmap managing 10 projects simultaneously, with all projects being completed eight weeks ahead of schedule utilizing Agile methodologies. • Collaborated with technical and non-technical stakeholders to enable a successful data migration of over 5,000 customers from on-prem services to Microsoft Azure.• Led a 46-member IT and logistics team (seven direct reports) to employ satellite systems and regional datacenters enabling executives to manage $50M+ organizational assets. • Provided communications and IT support for the headquarters of Joint Task Force Crisis Response Afghanistan, facilitating command and control of multinational assets for the Commanding General during a crisis rescue of over 120K people.

• Designed and launched an Inventory Audit program that efficiently managed 325+ communication equipment, valued at $10M, resulting in $250K in cost savings for equipment and a 95% passing rating during a triennial organizational audit.• Led and managed a team of 40 personnel (six direct reports) providing radio and IT support for 10+ successful multinational military exercises throughout Asia. The team ranked 1 out of 3 in the region, resulting in selection to provide IT and communications support to the organization’s top regional executive.
