Personal growth is the result of continual efforts to improve oneself, intellectually, morally and physically. The same holds for organizations. I challenge companies to organize disruptive and sustainable (corporate) business growth. I believe that successful entrepreneurs and executives are lifelong learners, they never rest on their laurels. Instead, they devour new information, seek new perspectives, challenge themselves to become better. They focus on innovating more, as the status quo is just not enough. I help to create and implement long-term visions and enterprise-wide executions of growth-generating strategies. I challenge how things are typically done in business, alter corporate culture, and drive innovation for impactful, growth-based results. I apply this approach in a variety of areas: from supporting Humanex (and clients), to helping indigenous people in the Amazon rainforest in Ecuador via Selva. It is important to me to take time to review my past, take stock of the present, and imagine and plan my future. I am currently focused on my work at Humanex and Selva, however, I’m on a mission to learn as much as possible and have fun along the way! To do so I created my own compass, which hopefully directs me towards my dream of running a safari park in Afrika. Wherever I am, and wherever I’ll be, I’ll continue to practice a growth mindset and encourage others to do the same. I welcome you along my journey, and am keen to hear about how you ‘grow’.
