I am experienced in governance, policy, and doctrine.As a leader, I have managed personnel in complex and dynamic environments achieving directed and implied requirements.For over 15 years I have volunteered within two branches of the Australian Defence Cadet organisation within training management and executive leadership roles of youth development. I have continued my community volunteering undertaking various executive committee functions in the veteran ex-service environment.
