Knowledgeable in analyzing tech packs and managing sample creation, ensuring that design parameters are followed precisely.★ Communication through mail with Buyer, suppliers and factory on day to day working and issues and among with production sections concerning people, sample and CAD section. Work with R&D, production, quality and planning department.★ Production monitoring for on time shipment. Follow-up procurement & ensure in-house of all raw materials (fabrics, trims & accessories)★ Follow up on the total production flow in detail to ensure optimum capacity utilisation and maintain all relevent merchandising order files,reports,etc required to processing order efficiently.★ To follow up time and action(T&A) on a regular basis to ensure on time delivery with the right quality and quantity.‌★ Good knowledge of ERP software and able to generate update reports.

- Assist Merchandisers in the coordination of product orders, including tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.- Support the Merchandising team in daily administrative tasks such as maintaining records, updating order tracking sheets, and filing necessary documents.- Help communicate with suppliers and factories regarding order requirements, shipment updates, and sample approvals.- Coordinate with suppliers on material requests, ensuring that all specifications meet client requirements.- Prepare and manage samples for client presentations, ensuring they are organized and delivered on time.- Assist with quality checks, ensuring product consistency and specification compliance.- Provide support in preparing reports related to merchandising, stock levels, and order status.- Conduct market research to help identify industry trends and competitor activities.- Support internal teams in organizing meetings and presentations for client and supplier discussions.
