Transferring from TheBANK’s in house Electronic Data Processing Department (BankData Services) to Marketing, my first initiative was to implement TheBANK’s social media roadmap by launching our Facebook page in May 2013. Other social media platforms would follow – Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.• Develop social media content• Create digital marketing campaigns• Facebook ad manager• Working closely with our 3rd party marketing partner for our Missouri footprint marketing plan• Website and Intranet administrator• Professional photography – Intranet/Website employee profiles (thinkthebank.com)• Corporate Event Photography

Implemented and created TheBANK’s in-house Intranet in January 2001 along with managing TheBANK’s website. Other responsibilities - Online Banking Administrator, Intranet and Website Administrator. Also designed and implemented other community bank websites while being in TheBANK’s in house Electronic Data Processing Department (BankData Services).One of the achievements that I am proud of was to create an in-house fund raising event for The March of Dimes campaign. Labeled as BOEbay, it was site that resemble eBay where employees bid online via TheBANK’s Intranet on donated items. All the money raised benefitted the March of Dimes.

Managing the main frame operations with producing the nightly reports, creating microfiche, running the check sorter. Trouble shooting main frame and software issues. Began my career at TheBANK as the last shift computer operator and rose to the first shift computer operator. Managed the computer room as the first shift computer operator and created TheBANK’s first website in 1998.
