Recommissioning of a pilot-plant scale jet-milling plant: - Familiarized process chain with small-scale equipments - Brought hazard analysis and P&ID up-to-date with PPS, OP and DCS engineers - Hands on experience from setting up equipments and process control over HMI of a PLC as well as valves to micronize model substances - Performed safety tests with on-site electrician prior to recommissioning - Micronized model substances with various jet mills - Performed particle size analyses with laser diffraction spectroscopy for process validation - Created SOP and trained plant operators
