Foundation to support Greenon HS and the Greenon LSD via the Springfield Foundation in Ohio. All of the facilities in the school district are old and out-of-date. We initially founded that foundation to replace the science labs, but after engineers and the local State Representative evaluated the school system, it became clear that all of the schools were in disrepair. We then supported a citizens action initiative that culminated in a bond issue that passed and will build all new schools for the district. New elementary, junior high and high schools are being developed. The foundation will now help with making these great.

This disruptive new communication medium shows great potential for our country as we address concerns relating to RF exposure, cyber security, Wi-Fi congestion, IoT, autonomous vehicles and energy. Managed hospital issues related to Emory Hospital for the Department of Ophthalmology

In charge of USAF Ophthalmology including assignments, evaluations, training, etc.

Manage the only USAF Ophthalmology residency

Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology of the merged departments of BAMC and WHMC under the Joint Military Medical Command (JMMC). After achieving full accreditation for the merged departments, Washington decided not to merge the two hospitals and we (Cal Mein at BAMC and me at WHMC) recredentialed both programs separately again. Several years later they later decided the merger was a good thing and did it all over again forming the currently joined department.

Instruction and training of student pilots in the flight and maneuvers of supersonic jet aircraft including instrument training, acrobatics, navigation and all of the instruction to create a USAF jet pilot
