With experience and practical insight, Joleen serves in many roles including general counsel, a C-level legal executive, strategic advisor, board member, investor, policy advisor and professor.Inspired by innovation, Joleen has thrived advising some of the world’s best innovators. She structured the first legal digital music service, created legal and business models for on-line streaming content aggregation, VOD, mobile platforms, casual gaming, apps, digital distribution, SaaS and e-commerce.
