CurrentManages and facilitates 7-week Management and Leadership Essentials Program, equipping new managers with tools, resources, and skills necessary for creating inclusive environments, driving results, and developing their direct reports.Created hybrid leadership development workshop series for all employees to increase access to learning and development opportunities + address gaps.Partners with leaders to assess skill gaps in leadership development for their business in order to provide their teams with resources, opportunities for growth.- Women's Employee Resource Group Co-Chair (2022-2023)- Black Employee Resource Group Co-Chair (2023-present)In both of these roles, I co-manage corporate events from ideation to execution.
