Choose A Lifestyle is about choice and how it affects your life journey. I have worked with individuals from various cultures who have made inappropriate choices. They seek my help to make adjustments in their thinking which results in rewarding possibilities.My educational journey prepared me to help others physically, mentally and spiritually. I have studied nursing, family life education, religion and addiction counselling, which is my platform for holistic healing.As an Addiction Counsellor I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and solution focused therapy for those with minor and major relationship problems. A person's emotions are very important, and how they express themselves is obvious physically. I believe the cognitive and emotional aspects of a person's life can change through the power of their spiritual beliefs. Since 1985 I have been registered with the Ontario College of Nurses as a Registered Practical Nurse. In 2011, I co-authored a cookbook entitled “Vegetarian Cooking Today. In 2012 I wrote my second book entitled, “The Great Physician As Counsellor” and both books are on display in my office and on my website www.choosealifestyle.ca.
