I have more than 20 years of experience in residential mortgage lending, both as a processor and sales assistant and have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the loan process. I have worked in bank, correspondent and broker settings. I can take a loan from application to closing, executing every task in between. My particular niche is in analyzing and understanding the financials of high net worth clientele and managing the complex transactions that often coincide with these borrowers. I have spent most of the past decade as the senior team member of one of the top mortgage originators in the country, closing $500mm+ annually. I have extensive experience in conventional FHA and VA loans, as well as loans specific to New York such as CEMA, co-op and condo transactions. During my 20 years of working in the New York metropolitan area I have established relationships with industry leaders and professionals, and take pride in the reputation that I have built and maintained.
