• Supports campus team with coordinating, scheduling and managing candidate interviews• Supports scheduling and follow-up to event planning, campus activities, on-campus events and job fairs.• Manages campus job postings through handshake, school sites and the Mastercard website and conducts initial screening process for open positions on school websites and Mastercard site. Includes monitoring and tracking the application process • Reviews resumes from key partnership organizations • Coordinates event dates and details, with target campuses and campus recruiters.• Manages the University Recruiting Calendar and responds to inquiries to university recruiting mailbox• Manages paperwork for candidates during the recruiting process and ensures applicants have submitted application• Schedules interviews for members of the Campus Recruitment and Hiring Teams• Organizes and executes the final candidate hiring process and communications as directed. Plans and manages office visits including troubleshooting, on-site logistics issues (e.g., last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, finding interview rooms), determining interviewer lists in partnership with the campus team and supports execution of super days at our New York Tech Hub and Purchase offices • Updates applicant tracking system and candidate resource management records in our Human Resources systems (Workday & Salesforce)• Submits campus expenses through Oracle financials• Sends/ships campus swag, banners to campus• Coordinates and communicates global updates and forecast needs• Conducts data entry and runs metrics for global UR team

• Interacting with employers for job fair calls for on-campus recruitment purposes. • Labeling jobs for the College of Business and College of Economics website.• Posting, updating, and removing jobs from the Career Community Newsletters and Get Hired Newsletters. • Conducting resume and cover letter reviews. • Remaining in contact with clubs and professors to provide them with job information that can further extend to their students.• Updating internal databases such as Handshake, with new company employee information, such as contact details.• Use of the Applicant Tracking System• Scheduling and confirming first round interviews with candidates.• Assisting in running the four job fairs in both the Fall and Spring semesters (Business, IT, Engineering, Healthcare)• Coordinating a presentation on Interviewing Skills, and Resume and Cover Letter Writing.• Promoting job fairs through in-classroom presentations.

•Work within the Walter J. Hawrys Recreational Center at Stony Brook University•Responsible for swiping ID Cards, renting out lockers, assisting patrons with questions, cleaning machines, maintaining a safe and clean facility and providing a high level of professionalism and customer service.
