In the realm of ERP software architecture, managing coupling is crucial due to the intricate web of business dependencies that must be significantly simplified. As the lead developer for the warehouse module, I oversaw the creation and enhancement of new features within our module. The attempt was made on software with a scale of 10 people-years, where my architectural improvements, notably the transition from ‘.exe’ to ‘.dll’, not only bolstered module integration but also facilitated loose coupling, leading to the formation of three separate projects rather than a single, monolithic structure. This strategic move guaranteed that if a critical bug disrupted one module, the remaining 11 interconnected modules, including purchase, sales, PM, and production, would remain operational without any issues.I implemented a feature to reserve and seal stock, effectively eliminating the possibility of negative inventory levels.I also developed a separate version of the stock transfer operations, a necessity that had been unaddressed for approximately 2-3 years.The introduction of new “Weighted Average Cost Of Capital” feature marked a significant milestone in financial reporting accuracy. We overhauled the pricing calculations for more than 20 different operations involved in production and trade, which ensured accurate product pricing and cost monitoring.Moreover, I created a feature that provides a comprehensive view of the accounting closings for both primary and secondary types across all accounts. This was a critical issue that customers had anticipated a solution for over 4-5 years.The update to the product-group feature significantly streamlined management processes, halving the time required for updates.Beyond these technical contributions, I enriched the team’s knowledge base by composing over 20 articles on essential techniques and software practices."

The main objective of this project was to transition from paper-based and manual procedures to a digital process. This transition aimed to streamline administrative tasks, thereby naturally boosting productivity. This goal was accomplished by overhauling the process of generating and reviewing leave requests, as well as dispatching staff for missions and sports events.To achieve this, we developed a software solution that centralized these routines into a single database. The software was specifically designed for the Windows platform to meet the organization’s requirements.I took full responsibility of this project, overseeing every aspect from design to development. The initial version of this application, which demonstrates my foundational work, is available for review on my GitHub profile.

In my role, I spearheaded the revitalization of a wireless taxi company’s software, which was previously fragmented due to unfinished work by another developer. I successfully merged three distinct program versions, leading to a 30% faster response time in the in-office Windows application, enhancing network management and cab order efficiency. My efforts contributed to a 150% user base expansion and a 20% increase in monthly revenue through the introduction of online payments. Post-maintenance, we achieved an impressive 99.9% system uptime, ensuring reliable service. Additionally, I played a key role in deploying 5 innovative features, including a taximeter feature that calculates fares based on standards set by the taxi organization, an SMS notification system that alerts customers upon taxi arrival, and a streamlined payment mechanism for taxi membership fees, which significantly boosted management satisfaction due to the established order in the payments. My commitment to quality also resulted in resolving over 10 critical bugs, establishing a more robust and user-friendly platform.

I have been involved in various projects with a primary focus on smart cards and Chinese hardware, working with at least 3 different card types and 8 to 10 different hardware models. Here are my projects and their impacts:Jiring Micro Payment:Developed a comprehensive credit card management and consumption software that also served as a ticket card for secure micro-payments.Utilized C# over the PC/SC protocol on the “Mifare Classic 1k” smart card, handling thousands of transactions each day.As a low-level developer, I ensured seamless integration with 2 different Chinese hardware devices, achieving a 99% success rate in transaction processing.Tat Bank Identification Card:Worked on a multifaceted project for Tat Bank (now Bank-e-Ayandeh), which included ticketing and identification/personnel card applications.Collaborated on the creation of datasheets and low-level libraries, supporting the selected smart card.Created a Hardware Lock that significantly reduced unauthorized software usage, less than 10%.Tehran Ticket Office:Joined a team of developers to produce and deploy the main application for the Tehran subway network, currently in use and widely available.Contributed to a large-scale deployment across 75 subway stations, supporting ticket issuance to millions of passengers each month.Post-launch, I was instrumental in maintaining the software, ensuring 98% operational uptime in a dynamic and crowded environment.
