During summer, I worked as a Customer Assistant at Marks & Spencer London. I excelled in delivering exceptional customer service and support across various operations. My core responsibilities included assisting customers in making informed product selections tailored to their unique needs and preferences, which significantly enhanced their shopping experience. I played a key role in maintaining the store's presentation by efficiently stocking and organising merchandise, ensuring a welcoming environment for shoppers.

I took part in Mindless Academy's Digital Micro-Internship programme during the month of February 2023. During this time, I developed a mindset of resilience and self-belief, mastered skills in digital storytelling, and gained valuable work experience as part of an international team in a virtual work environment.

In my role as Assistant Manager at Eltham Wines and Beers, I led and supervised a team to ensure the best customer service. I showed exceptional organisational skills by streamlining inventory management and optimising procurement processes for retail success. My expertise in product knowledge allowed me to effectively recommend selections which suited customers, making their shopping experience much better. I managed all aspects of customer transactions, including sales calculations and processing payments, while also handling customer inquiries and conflicts with professionalism. Additionally, I took charge of essential shop duties, such as merchandise stocking, pricing adjustments, coordinating deliveries, and cashier duties, contributing significantly to the shop’s operational efficiency and customer.
