I believe in eating to nourish our bodies and minds to live a joyous life. I strongly believe in the HAES principle and consider myself a non diet dietitian. I am a strong proponent of intuitive eating when possible. My goals are to use what I have learned about nutrition in my local community and the world through advocacy and empowering individuals. Working with people is my passion. I want to help heal their relationship with food and their bodies. There are so many opportunities in improving lives and there is always new research and experiences to learn from. I want to be apart of helping people develop health goals but also reach their goals to achieve a greater overall quality of life.
