• Project management and support related to maintenance data engineering and maintenance management system including stakeholder engagement, requirements management, scope and change management, negotiation, risk management, progress management, cost control, and education/training• Strategic planning to transition from existing large company-oriented products to small and medium-sized business products• Analyze existing company solutions, customer needs, and requirements, and market analysis to create new solution roadmaps• Planning and launching of new products including customer(market) requirement gathering and analysis, market analysis, solution design, development collaborating with internal developers, and preparation of marketing• Consultative sales with a presentation of technical/commercial proposals• Relationship building and product upgrade through gathering feedback from customers, usage monitoring, additional requirements gathering, and proposal for process improvement• Consulting and training on maintenance management and production management and KPIs • Promoting solutions by organizing and attending exhibitions, consultations, and seminars and creating technical training materials

• Technical & Consultative sales to EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) companies for equipment data population and reliability engineering such as RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)/RBI (Risk Based Inspection) studies• Analysis of ITB (Invitation to Bidder) for overseas projects and technical/ commercial proposal• Project planning, setup, support, and collaboration with an Italy engineering partner for reliability engineering• Consulting and presentation of required data for equipment maintenance and reliability engineering in Oil & Gas plants• Change management, contract management, interpretation and mediation between Korean and Italian engineers and clients, project progress tracking and resource management, handover review, and delivery• Relationship building and Marketing leading to potential clients

• Feasibility studies, schematic design, design development, and documentation for domestic and overseas projects collaborating with head office engineers in Germany• Preparation of technical specifications, and detailed price-lists• Analysis and life cycle management of requirements from each stakeholder• Presentations for consultative sales, each project phase, and consultancy services• Project management for design and construction• Review of bid documents and approval• Supervision of construction design, construction, and commissioning• Technical consultative sales to government, architect, and construction companies for Turnkey, Design competition, and Private Investment (BTL, BTO) projects• Negotiation, change & risk management, and contract management• Financial management of the Korea office and, sales status and operation report to the German head office

• Assembly and manufacturing drawings for lifting, rigging, and wagon systems and structures• Structural calculations and power unit capacity calculations• Design standardization and documentation• Management of exporting machinery• Schematic design, design development, specification, and design description for machinery and structures with various stakeholders • Preparation of tender documents and proposals, and technical translation for domestic & overseas projects • Evaluate designs and suggest solutions to design issues according to safety protocol as a government-designated safety agency
