Responsible for production and operation of filtered water, Demineralized water, supply of drinkable water to factory and housing, supply of fire water into fire water headers, supply of Demineralized water to boiler, operation of plant air and instrument air plant, supply of plant air and instrument air, cooling tower operation, ensuring cooling water supply to plant, operation of ammonia storage tank, ammonia supply, ammonia bottling, Nitrogen gas receiving, supply of nitrogen into required areas. And maintaining standard operating procedures and approver environment safety protocols while performing all these operations.Under scheduled shut down programs performing checking, cleaning and servicing of different vessels, tanks, equipment and pipes. Also maintain house keeping procedures for a safe and clan working environment.Responsible for scheduled maintenance checkups and taking immediate action for maintenance when needed.Processing records, logs and documentations regarding utility plant operation and reporting to Shift in-charge.Taking immediate actions in emergency situations for damage control and safety of personnel and plant.Planning work schedule and training subordinates and colleagues for optimistic production.Training new colleagues and interns (from different Universities and Organizations) on Utility Plant.Performing other responsibilities vested by higher authority.

Responsible for Production Planning, Process Operation, Product Quality, raw material receiving, FG packaging, FG delivery (local and export), wastage management, environment health & safety management and compliance for GRS & RCS.Responsible for maintaining optimistic cost for production by doing monthly cost analysis.Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Process maintenance.Maintaining AMBER Business Suit database (ERP System) of APSFL.Doing research & documentation on Standard Operating Procedures, workplace safety, Lab Testing Methods, Product specifications, EHS measures and product development.Addressing requirements, suggestions and complaints from local and overseas buyers.Training subordinates on product development, Quality awareness and newly implemented procedures.Performing other responsibilities vested by higher authority.

Responsible for checking Production and Process Operation of Washing Line, Extrusion lines, Injection & Blow Molding line, Solid State Polymerization Unit and Effluent Treatment Plant.Giving directions on process operation & parameter setups to production team on optimistic production and quality improvement.Ensuring quality of Raw materials, production & Operation and finished goods.Maintaining reports on raw material receiving, production & delivery and sending the reports to higher authority.Doing research & documentation on Standard Operating Procedures, Lab Testing Methods, Product specifications, Health and safety measures and product development.Training subordinates on product development, Quality awareness and newly implemented procedures.Performing other responsibilities vested by higher authority.
