- Set up machines and test stations, test programs based on R&D technical requirements. - Monitor production lines, correct errors during machine operation, and replace defective devices.- Prepare Manufacturing Operation Instructions (MOI) and Work Instructions (WI) for test processes.- Collaborate with other teams (Debug, NPI, PE, MF, QA) to analyze and resolve design and process issues for continuous improvement.- Design and repair fixtures, tools, and jigs for testing processes.- Manage materials and equipment, and provide maintenance planning reports to leadership.- Assist in conducting installation, operation and performance qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) to ensure the reliability of new test systems, including Chroma ATS, NHR, and customer-specific others.
