Perform clerical duties, such as; email communication, faxing, and printing. Worked with the Safety group of the organization, our primary role was to conduct onsite courses within the community regarding Workplace Safety and OSHA Compliance. Responsible for making sure all materials for my team was ordered and gathered and conducted transactions between the regional managers and instructors.

Responsible for conducting tasks given by the HR manager, along with placement specialists. Conducted reference checks, screened applicants and job pools (job postings). Performed tasks including; answering the phones, sending emails, faxing and customer service. Worked on various projects, such as file purging for files older than 5 years and invoicing departments for our services. Utilizing PeopleAdmin, PeopleSoft, and Bullhorn Software applications.

My duties working with the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities consisted of greeting visitors, assisting with check in, and uploading check in documents into Maxient system. Clerical duties such as; faxing, mailing, answering the phone, and sending emails. Responsible for updating student conduct cases and creating Academic Integrity violation cases. Responsibility to train new student workers and to create schedules. Responsible for conducting and coordinating projects, such as updating the new 2018 Maxient Training Manual.
