The Transformation and Delivery Office leads the ministry's transformation planning and delivery to modernize services, operations and technology. I lead and provided expertise on various transformational initiatives such as complex procurements, developed a Covid-19 economic recovery strategy for the tourism, culture and sport sectors, organizational and operational change, process improvements, and strategy development.

2017 marked the 150th anniversary of Canada and the Province of Ontario. The Ontario150 Secretariat was initiated to build community in the celebration and commemoration of Ontario's sesquicentennial. A notable accomplishment: - I launched and managed ONtour, a free musical concert series to 24 communities across Ontario for 112,000+ attendees.

The Investment and Development Office invests in festivals and events across Ontario, to support economic growth and local tourism industries through the Celebrate Ontario grant program. A notable accomplishment: - I developed a comprehensive risk management plan to support prudent administration of the program and led the burden reduction proposal for the merger of two programs.

The 2015 Pan/ Parapan American Games Secretariat (PPAGS) was mandated to engage diverse stakeholders, sport partners and other governments to enable a successful Games.A notable accomplishment: - I led the implementation of a pan-provincial marketing plan to increase awareness of the Games and foster community engagement and inclusion. I built 45 partnerships by collaborating with Aboriginal, LGBTQ, Francophone, Hispanic and Caribbean communities, other provincial ministries and private and public partners (including the TORONTO 2015 Organizing Committee).
