• Sole support of all B2B customers in Germany and UK • Handling all incoming orders coming from leasing partners• following up on order requests and converting them to actual sales.• Overseeing the General B2B inbox in Intercom, answering end-customer queries and communicating with B2B partners surrounding all non-commercial topics.• Handling CS questions and making sure B2B information base is always up to date.• Activating leasing contracts on partner platforms.• Invoicing partners and following up on payments (during weekly payment sprints).• Constantly improving customer journey/flow for B2B2C customers (website pages, chat bot, SR’s, FAQ’s).• Helping with data analysis on B2BC customers.• Order flow optimization (via automation, process improvements, etc).
