I am a Director and Board Member with over 15 years in the EdTech space. After attending Newcastle University, I secured a graduate position at a local social enterprise, PNE Development, and took part in the launch of one of the first e-portfolios for vocational qualifications. In 2011 I joined the start-up, Soundbitelearning UK Ltd, as their second employee, just as they launched their flagship product, GCSEPod. I built a customer success team supporting 1,700 schools with an unrivalled NPS of +80 based on a unique coaching model, designed to empower educators to bring technology into the classroom. After joining the Board of Directors in 2018, I moved within the business to lead the development team, designing the award-winning GCSEPod platform, supporting over a million students to achieve their potential through the power of blended learning. As Board Member I was instrumental in building the 5-year growth plan which led to the successful acquisition of the company by The Access Group in 2021. In 2022 I joined Maths Circle Ltd, the company behind the award winning resources of Times Tables Rock Stars and Numbots. As Director of Product and Services I currently oversee the full school and student experience, from onboarding through training, to product management and development of the platform.
