As the head of design team, I was responsible to manage a team of 2 UI designers and 2 UX designers for the client`s software. Meantime I was also handling the user testing and solving usability issues on 3 different products. White Security lab is a website penetration testing and Vulnerability Assessment System, as a SaaS Platform (DAST)Due to the increasing risks and Cyber attacks on web applications, the implementation of security standards is essential, which is the most important issue in conducting security assessments.Penetration testing or vulnerability assessment, is a safe and controlled way to assess the security of a system by trying to penetrate or exploit potential vulnerabilities. The results of this security assessment are provided to the system administrator in the form of detailed reports to fix the detected security vulnerabilities.In this startup, we employ a strong and expert team in the field of security and hardening, web applications automatically and using a dedicated engine and intelligent algorithms, based on the latest version of "OWASP" security standard and their vulnerabilities. We identify and provide this as a SAAS service. These services are also called "DAST" (Dynamic Application Security Testing).The design process of this product was very challenging and important, so that even users "without technical knowledge in the field of security" could use the mentioned cases as a new development task. Also, the management panel and reporting method should be implemented at different levels of managerial and technical expertise for organizational, personal and startup uses.In addition to the technical challenges, one of the most important issues in this project was the design of the "user's Journey". In order to gain the user's trust and get the necessary result, so we interviewed with 20 webmasters and technical experts and have used their user experience in the design.

"Saya Studio" -Also Called “Saya Startup Studio”- consisted of several design teams, and as the head of the design team, I was responsible for managing and directing three design teams, including 13 people.

Jahesh Innovation Center is a private company with 5 sub-brands that offers a wide range of services to the audience of each sector.- Accelerator: The oldest and most important sub-brand that invests in early stage startups in ticket size of 500 million to 1.5 billion Tomans, Jahesh also runs Acceleration program as a broker for venture capital funds from pre-investment to one year after the contract.- Academy: The CSR arm in jahesh, which trains students by experts with experience in the startup ecosystem and prepares them for hiring or starting a startup. The Academy is a social Enterprise firm that spends all its revenue on equipping and developing education in disadvantaged areas.- Solution lab: The part of jahesh that offers innovative solutions with the help of an expert team to solve the specialized challenges of large companies.- Park: shared offices and co-working spaces for startups and freelancers.- Cafe: An open space on the roof garden of the building that hosts startup events.

This experience is unique in my resume because of the huge impact and the scale of the project.
