I've spent my whole career working in startups dealing with continuous change so I feel most at home turning chaos into order and helping organizations achieve scalable success.On a more personal level, I love the outdoors, hiking, training (lifting!), cycling, camping, volleyball, travelling and a good picnic with wine and tapas.
