I manage his email and calendar providing a curated view of his inbox & priorities. That included scanning/uploading and doing data entry of 5,000+ contracts. I also trained and supervised employees that were brought in to assist with the scanning and uploading process. I audited the results and was point of contact for any issues.+ We underwent several billing conversions while I was at Time Warner Cable impacting 4,000+ subscribers. I had a large part of both conversions handling all aspects of meeting notes, auditing results, data entry changes, mapping accounts, testing the accounts and troubleshooting and coordinating with many functional areas to complete the changes.
