About Hannah Levy

**I'm not open to opportunities & don't respond to recruiting messages**I'm a storyteller and creative thinker. In 2022, I founded The Rebis, an annual print literary anthology where each volume contains original art, essays, fiction, and poetry exploring the archetypal symbolism of tarot. In the 15 years prior to running this independent publication, I led content marketing and brand strategy for tech companies, ran community and events for Tech Ladies, and was the editor-in-chief of an indie music blog during the golden age of blogging. I also currently serve as a board member and secretary for Albany SchoolCARE, a nonprofit org that provides long-term funding support for the Albany Unified School District in California. • The Rebis
    Founder & Editor-In-Chief
The Rebis Feb 2022 - Present
The Rebis is an annual print literary anthology where each volume contains original art, essays, fiction, and poetry exploring the archetypal symbolism of tarot. We have published three anthologies: Wheel of Fortune (2022), The Chariot (2023), and The Star (2024). The Rebis is an anticapitalist and independent print publication built on a platform of artmaking in times of crisis. Our mission is to build community around creativity and spirituality—to make space for poetry and art alongside personal and collective healing. As part of this, we commit to amplifying and centering underrepresented voices, paying artists and writers fairly for their work, and redistributing profits to social justice causes. After accounting for operating costs, profits from The Rebis are distributed to organizations committed to reparations and reproductive justice. To date, we have donated over $8500 to The Sogorea Te Land Trust, The National Network of Abortion Funds, and Liberated Capital.
