CurrentProject management lead providing broad implementation support for diverse portfolio of grants and cooperative agreements funded through PEPFAR/ CDC, UNDP/ Global Fund, and UK AID-funded Fleming Fund exceeding $20 Million annually in South Sudan, eSwatini (formerly Swaziland) and Zambia.• Provides project life cycle support, from proposal development and award start-up to project closeout, including articulation of objectives, development of work plans, priorities, and milestones, and… Show more Project management lead providing broad implementation support for diverse portfolio of grants and cooperative agreements funded through PEPFAR/ CDC, UNDP/ Global Fund, and UK AID-funded Fleming Fund exceeding $20 Million annually in South Sudan, eSwatini (formerly Swaziland) and Zambia.• Provides project life cycle support, from proposal development and award start-up to project closeout, including articulation of objectives, development of work plans, priorities, and milestones, and review of standard operating procedures, to ensure successful program execution on time, on target, and on budget• Develops interdisciplinary innovative systems in collaboration with PIs, Technical Subject Matter Experts, Grants, Procurements, Finance, Operations, Communications, and other supporting units, as well as the Country Office, donors and stakeholders to improve program management and provide high-quality, targeted, evidence-based technical support• Ensures compliance and fidelity with donor rules and regulations, leading preparation of all post-award amendments for active projects, and liaising with in-country and headquarters personnel, stakeholders and donors in the preparation and follow-up of all grant actions• Provides budget oversight, including review of component funding, pipeline and expenditure reports, approval of all budget modifications and finance-related prior approvals, and monitoring of cash flow projections, to track project expenditures against work plan progress and resolve any financial and/ or programmatic bottlenecks• Oversees the development, and facilitates review of donor-required reports, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and end of project program narrative, data, and financial reports, as well as continuation applications for new funding of ongoing multi-year projects• Supports management of response to SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), Ebola Virus outbreaks, and other emerging Global Health Security (GHS) threats Show less
