The Web Infrastructure Manager will lead the operational and support initiatives associated with our Global, multi-tier, high-available, web environment. Requires a strong background in web-based architectures, including: application servers, web servers, directories, and portals. In addition, experience with database management systems and the associated operational activities are required. This position is responsible for the overall coordination, monitoring, project leadership, and execution for both web systems and database administration areas. Must communicate effectively, while working closely with other groups to coordinate design, deployments, and support process for internal customers.

Reports to GCH Retail IT Director on all IT Infra and Networks related issues, Assess and evaluate vendors for maintaining or future Infra and Networks plannings for GCH Retails. Besides that prepares reports on Infra and Networks for Director to updates status for GCH Retails CIO. Planning IT Infra and Network improvement and present such new Development to GCH Retail CIO and Others region IT Directors such as Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam. Manage a team of 9 consist of 5 from Infrastructure team that manage daily Infra issues and ensure GCH Retail Infrastructure is competant with others IT company. Infra team manage application such as SAP, Oracle Database, Unix, Linux OS Administrators and Storage. Meanwhile another 4 is from GCH retail Network Team to manage GCH Retail networks Architecture and other Networks application such as Active Directories, DNS, Exchange servers and Data Centres.

Handling operations of Group Infrastructure (Hosting) servers in Shell, comprises of 8,180 Wintel servers under Web, Database & Compute Organization. A server's role falls under one or more functionsCustomer Applications, Web (IIS, Tomcat, Apache), Database (MSSQL, Oracle), load balancer, Citrix, or SAP-related applications. The servers can be globally accessible or restricted. Restricted access includes secured, most confidential (Treasury and Central Finance) or GEC (General Embargoed Countries) servers.

To provide hands-on operational support for global Compute, Database and Web hosting services on W2K, NT4, and special legacy servers. The technical support activities includes Database hosting, web hosting, compute hosting, operating system support, backup support, monitoring, virus management, security and other related services, and both proactive (small requests and project type work) and reactive (break-and-fix) tasks in a run-and-maintain rotating-shift operating environment. Individual team members will typically have a focus on either proactive or reactive role. This focus may change periodically depending on team activities needing to be done, as well as resources and skills available at any point in time. To ensure high availability and reliability of services, keep consistent high service levels, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Manage and support computers and others computer peripherals for Phileo Allied Bank and Phileo Group. Support users daily computer problems and hardware failure. Giving training on the Applications software and some In-House programs. Maintain NT server’s users accounts and backup daily operation data. Setup and configure E-mail server for branches. Maintain Phileo Allied Bank and Phileo Allied Security line (ATM and Share Margin) is UP all the time. Setup and configure HQ and branches network connection (LAN and WAN), configure Cisco router and terminal Server.
