1. Manage all Warehouse Operations of Large Display Materials2. Control & balance manpower3. Extend activities about 3D5S, EHS & manpower efficiency

• Propose KPI, follow processing & ensure to achive KPI of team,department as well as factoty• Co-ordinate with others departments(planning, production, forwarder & purchasing) to ensure material flow smoothly & catch up the OTD plan• Build up work instruction , working & audit process for warehouse operations• Manage all team to work smoothly following process and regulations strictly to increase quality and productivity• Control man power efficiency and give ideas to maximize man power resource• Ensure material receipt & entry data in WMS system in time with right quantity of invoice• Work with suppliers & customer service to solve material shortage cases & abnormal invoices• Co-operate with IQC team to check quality of in /out material• Control stock, deploy activities to improve inventory accuracy and make stock cut• Make plan for daily, monthly cycle count and quarterly stock taking • Take part in projects to improve productivity, efficiency and inventory accuracy (for example Lean/Kaizen/5S activities)• Keep working under 5s & labor safety policy• Make daily /monthly report at the end of shift to higher management team, escalate issues to higher level if necessary• Manage and update the demand/ No demand list for all raw material in warehouse and give the solution for items that have no demand or EOL next time• Establish employee goals,conduct employee performance review and provide career development guidance

+ Establish KPI of team & performance goal for employee, supervise & assess quarterly performance review+ Manage receiving & uploading materials based on right document in system with exact quantity as well as quality+ Ensure raw materials to pick & transfer to production in time following PON & FIFO+ Work with others departments to make material flow smoothly & inventory accuracy ( Planning, production, purchasing & logistics)+ Control man power in shift (about 150 members) & keep them work under working processes & company regulations+ Make work instruction & plan training course for all leader & operator to improve skill & awareness+ Build up & manage innovation activities such as Kaizen & 5S to increase productivity & efficiencyCreate clean & comfortable working environment+ Make daily, monthly report & escalate issues to higher level+ Design layout & calculate space of ware house to increase space efficiency

• Issue PO, DO & ensure delivery plan following production plan• Control stock and deploy actions for inventory accuracy• Contact with suppliers and other departments to solve problems related to materials, line productivity and delivery order• Give ideas to improve working environment & condition to increase productivity & efficiency• Make detail plan for monthly & yearly stock cut • Participate in company improvement projects (kaizen & innovation): analyze data, make report & present to top management• Control Manpower ,assign job and working shift ; calculate tools, rigs & others non confirmative items to support production• Follow up quality matter under right rules and flows• Calculate space & design layout basing on long term plan to utilize empty space & increase space efficiency • Encourage creation of operators ( show game, creative contest) to make friendly working environment & increase productivity
