• Manage full-cycle accounting for four business units in the insurance wholesale agent industry.
• Assist accounting manager on monthly revenue reports, profit and loss and unrestricted cash.
• Lead the month-end closing process, ensure the ability to meet deadlines and the accuracy of financial reports, inform accounting manager any unusual expenses.
• Clean up balance sheet and identify any variances that arise. Review and analyze AR and AP entries.
• Process AP payments to carriers timely.
• Fully responsibility for processing commission payments to agents timely using Access Database MarvPat.

• Delivery outsourced services in accounting to the US client in the auto insurance industry.
• Record AR payments in systems daily.
• Generate AR reports for managers weekly and follow-up to past due payments daily.
• Process partial commission payments to agents using Access Database MarvPat
• Be proficient in handling bank transfer requests via ACH, check, wire transfer, and other functions such as stopping checks and uploading bulk ACH transactions.
• Participate in ad hoc duties as required (annual tax report, cash projection…)
