Hello! My name is Nguyen Hoai Nam and I am a UX/UI designer. I have over 11 years working on the design graphic, application, website and 9 years focus on UX/UI design. I have experience in designing digital products in the fields of education, network security, medical, telecommunications, transport, insurrance etc... I also have experience in planning, research, building and implementing ideas, negotiating with stakeholders.The top skills I will continue to focus on are research, data-driven design. I am passionate about UX/UI design because I believe it is creative, practical, and communicative. I believe that design is another way of storytelling in a very compelling way because as designers, we have the ability to communicate a message visually and also use different design assets to present an idea. I am a solution-orientated designer interested in branding, UI design, visual communication and strategic design. I value heavy research, brainstorming, mapping and sketching as a huge part of my creative process.I enjoy collaborating with people from similar industries to different industries because it helps me open my mind and view ideas in different perspectives.Working at four companies; I have also done a few freelance projects on the side for various clients: PJICO Insurance Corp, Yolearn English, VTV10 , Viettel Corp, and a cyber security consultant.What is UX design?UX Design is the purposeful application of logic and rationale for creating experiences that offer both utility and value to the end user. It’s a process of deeply understanding the user’s needs and objectives, identifying where their greatest problems exist, and working generatively to ideate ways to solve these problems. Rarely centered on the creation of a single screen, UX Design is instead the intentional act of crafting countless interactions that span the entire user journey within a given product experience while also adhering to brand, design and usability standards.
