I have a strong background in business analysis, sales operations, and data analytics, complemented by my ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics and emotional intelligence. With a track record of success in leveraging technology and data-driven insights, I not only excel in optimizing processes and driving strategic decision-making but also built strong relationships, foster open communication, and approach challenging situations with empathy. In my current role as Sales Enablement Manager at The Boston Beer Company, I hold a critical leadership position by acting as a liaison for our sales team of 400+. In this capacity, I oversee PowerBI reporting, develop new reports and data, and actively collaborate on cross-functional projects to elevate business intelligence and streamline operations.During my tenure, I spearheaded internal Zendesk reports to benchmark process efficiency and effectiveness, leading to significant improvements in sales reporting and internal workflows. I actively contributed to the implementation of PowerBI as a self-service analytics platform for our sales teams and acted as a SME in our Salesforce implementation. I play a pivotal role in onboarding and training over 100+ through live trainings and video tutorials, empowering them to utilize PowerBI effectively and maximize their job efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, I have been involved in critical initiatives such as annual planning, national incentive programs, organizational reorgs and inventory prebuild.I completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) from Suffolk University. Furthermore, I serve as the Co-Chair of the ISOM Young Alumni Advisory Board (YAAB), contributing valuable insights and advice to shape the department's strategic direction. Throughout my academic journey, I have been honored with academic and services awards and was selected as the Undergraduate Student Commencement Speaker.
