My current position is as Area Manager. Some of the tasks are as below:- Be responsible for seeking contracts/clients to supply the steel structure projects/whole package/whole kit building overseas, which achieves the target sales activities.- Evaluate and identify the potential customers for improvement, forecasting future results.- Support customers to give the solution optimizes design, saving cost, with high quality for the construction project.-Preparing Quotation/ BOQ/Tender/Contract/General Schedule for new projects.-Monitor the activities of the design drawings, BOM SHOP drawings, fabrication, delivery, and erection.-Coordinate with other departments to resolve the requirements/site claim of the project.-Propose payment terms according to the international terms of payment, and follow up payment terms of the contract to secure the payment with no delay.-Develop the brand of Universal Steel Buildings Group Company, and build a long-term relationship with customers.-Create a weekly/monthly/quarter/annual report for GM. -Stay connected with customers to support them every time 24 hours/ 7 days

Have 3 years of experience coordinating the drawings among architecture and structure drawing to ensure project quality, schedule, and minimum Variant Cost. Collecting drawings from sub-contract, propose and convince good solutions to PM for approval. Working for Kajima Corporation Vietnam I know clearly the drawing detail in the construction project, mastering Autocad and Revit, and control sub-contractor for all tasks of the drawing.Jointed in more than 3 projects, focus on Manufacturing Plant Project, and got many compliments from customer.
