I fell in the Agile potion as a young software developer, very much convinced by automated unit testing. As I moved towards management, I realized the beauty of agile self-organizing teams and the necessicity to bring meaning and consciousness in organizations to "reinvent them", making them more sustainable and fullfilling for their people.I am passionate about enabling change and a strong believer of the ability to "leapfrog and be the change" : through agile practices as an Agile Coach, through the makers movement as the co-founder of Fablab Saigon, through circular economy principles as the founder of Conech, a societal innovation lab in Vietnam, etc.Today as the Chief Marketing Officer at Jalios, I enable change in organizations by bringing together everyone in the organization on a common Digital Workplace to communicate, collaborate and share knowledge on a daily basis. The bottom line is to offer a better employee digital working experience that is more agile, transparent and open to innovation.
