• Maintain all HR records, regarding new hires, terminations, changes to contracts, salary reviews, pay rates, whilst ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality; 
• Oversee Recruitment, Induction and On-board training regarding employment needs;• Conduct Annual Performance Appraisal & Apprentice Training management;• Manage staff’s hours, track vacation, sick, and personal leaves, and processing weekly time sheets for Payroll;
