Treasury & Cash Management

ING Commercial Finance is a specialised division of ING and expert in financing working capital.As a CLT (Customer Loyalty Team) member, I am responsible for among others:- Implementation and first point of contact;- Give support in fhe finance proccesses and reports;- Daily handling and controls of debtors, stocks and purchases requests.

Position: Treasury Specialist a.i. responsible for securitised portfolio of 1.65 billion, tasks are among others:• Daily Cash, Liquidity Forecasting, Funding systems, Portfolio control and give support to process design; • Control account receivable/payable, account reconciliation and responsible for all cash flow and funding of securitized accounts;• Setup and gives support on months reports.• Give support and solving issues on external banking reports; • Setup & Liaise with several department to implement new processes to steer the cash flows;• Knowledge of SAP and RCM/Access Online banking systems among others.During this assignment I was responsible for a few securitized portfolio's with a total of EUR 1.6 billon and worked closely with several department globally to have an overview of the cash flow, to control, to report and optimize them. Besides that I was also the main point contact for bank maters and give support to operations.

Setup the Treasury & Cash Management structure, analyzing the Cash flow and implementing the cash Management process for securitized SPV's. Give also support to the Reporting department, deliver weekly/monthly cashflow outlook & cash requirements and responsible for implementing all (new)/closing bank accounts.

Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland B.V.Position: Treasury Analyst a.i. • Analyse and describe the cash flow process of the Special Purpose Vehicles established by CACF NL; • Setup and support in developing administration processes for the department including to the journal entries; • Controls the Waterfall calculation and dividend payments;• Analysing the flow and obligation of Credit Swaps products;

The main goal of H&H was guiding the Vietnamese SME’s enquiries for the FIT Fund (Farmers In Transition). This is a program to support fish & shrimps farmers to implement more responsible practices, so they can meet buying requirements of their clients. The program aims for measurable and meaningful improvements on relevant environmental and social sustainability issues while respecting food safety requirements.

Position: Cash Management & Treasury Management.• First contact for Request for Proposals, advice and optimize the cash management structure (Notional Pooling and Cash Concentration a.o.) and Foreign Exchange hedging needs.• Investigate and analyse bank products requirements and (re-) write proposals for new products and or processes. • Manage implementation and the on-going projects, ensuring for deliverables completed on time. • Improve process concerning the Foreign Exchange, implementation and system functionality of cash management related products.• Manage & report derivatives and FX exposures• Execution of FX Spots, FX Forwards and FX Swaps

Presentation & support• Give internal trainings and responsible for updating the knowledge of colleagues regarding Cash Management, Treasury and Trade Finance products.• First contact for system and functionality related requests as defects or shortcomings. Risks & Control• Process control of treasury products (derivatives and foreign exchange) and related documents.• Analyse the hedging portfolio for potential market risk exposures. • Analyse the procedures and hedging process, investigate the gap and market risks/loss if needed.• Monitor and track down confirmations for open positions.Sales• Execution of foreign exchange transactions, deposit, FX swaps and forwards.

Sales & Support• First contact for the Rabobank in the region North West Netherlands• Execute the foreign exchange transactions (FX swaps, Spots and Forwards) • Deliver and provide internal market information if needed
