Write customer-facing product documentations and guides for the Holistics BI platform.

- Build and maintain internal data analytics stack from end to end: data collection, integration, transformation, modeling, documentation, visualization, building data pipeline...- Work closely with the Product team to deliver adhoc product analytics and tracking projects.- Provide sales team with pipelines and reports that are integral to their operations- Write for the company's technical blog- Write product guides and public documents- Establish internal data processes and guidelines, like data team operations, data warehouse organization and naming conventions...- Build the internal data team; manage and mentor two data analysts & two data engineers

- Produce report & dashboard from multiple databases to support marketing, business development and other departments' operations- Perform ad-hoc analysis and investigations into business problems.Stack:- Tableau for dashboard- PostgreSQL for reporting- R and Python for analytics as well as reporting.

- Run surveys & do analysis on customers' behaviors & perception about E-commerce- Develop & automate reports - Conduct in-depth data analysis projectsStack: - Google Big Query, Data Studio & Airflow for ETL and reporting- R language for data analytics- Python: scikit-learn for Machine Learning modeling
