As a proven combat leader with over 8 years in the United States Army, I love a good challenge and thrive under high-pressure situations. I am inspired by influencing and empowering people to achieve what they would never have thought possible. I am always seeking ways to better myself and contribute to those around me. I have worn many hats in my military and civilian career—Operations Manager, Logistician, Maintenance Supervisor, Project Manager, Transportation & Supply Officer, Material Program Manager, and Subcontract Manager. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges. But actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:— I am the “Go To” guy to put out the fires.— I am a team player.— I don’t care who gets credit. I just want to win.— I connect bridges and establish relationships with people in order to create value for the organization.— I am a strategic planner and always use backward planning methods for projects/tasks.— I love a good challenge and view high-pressure tasks as energy food.I completed my MBA and MS in Supply Chain Management degrees at The University of Texas at Dallas. I graduated from the Raytheon Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, Class of 2019. I'm proud to work for a company that support our warfighters and still able to serve my country.
