- Provide consultation and partner with stakeholders across the Hanoi and Saigon South campuses to meet key communications needs- Manage RMIT Vietnam's media relations in Hanoi and surrounding locations, incl. responding to media enquiries and coordinating media presence at University events- Manage media plans, reports, and budget for PR campaigns- Plan and create communications content for external, and occasionally, internal audiences, with a focus on long-form stories.- Lead the monitoring and reporting of media performance- Be part of the crisis communications team to plan and execute messages for media and external audiences.

- Develop media content, including writing articles and press releases- Build relations with media agencies, business chambers, associations and other stakeholders- Engage in conceptualising and executing major PR/corporate branding campaigns- Co-create points of views with PwC subject matter experts for public events- Lead the creation of the firmwide weekly newsletter- Conduct market research and support the firm's knowledge management, including competitor intelligence- Support the organisation of different types of internal and external events- Maintain the firm's media webpage and YouTube channel

- Help develop VTV4's first English-language weekly economic magazine 'BizLine'​ in 2013- Produce content for BizLine: interview policymakers, enterprises, international organizations on current economic issues- Lead news editing teams to gather, translate and edit TV stories for daily English news bulletins- Produce content for weekly cultural magazine Culture Mosaic- Translate and edit scripts for documentaries & feature TV programmes, including VTV4's flagship show Talk Vietnam- Assume video-editing tasks on self-produced content- Maintain network with media, Vietnamese authorities and international agencies in Vietnam- Act as mentor to trainees at VTV4
