Katie has more than 15 years working experience focusing in Human Resource Management in variable industries such as FMCG, Financial & Banking, IT, etc. She graduated with a Bachelor of Biology Technology from HCMC Open Univeristy & Diploma in Hospitality Management from Southbank Institude in Australia. Katie moved to the US in June 2022 as the lawful permanent resident, she worked for Vinfast US as Senior Recruiting Officer (Team Leader level) in North Carolina, then she moved to Houston and worked as Legal Assistant cum Marketing Manager of West Houston Law Group. With the business-oriented mindset and the ambition to have her own sucessfull business, Katie has tried her best to explore and study many business opprtunities and models. Through her research, she found that the plywood industry is the number one potential market in US and Viet Nam is the Top 5 of Plywood exporters to the US. Thanks to her strong network of suppliers in Viet Nam (her home country), customer in the US (where she is living), she believes that American Kingwood will become the best hardwood plywood importer in the next 5-10 years. As the Founder of American Kingwood and appointed as Cheif Executive Officer (CEO), Katie will responsible for setting company strategic director and managing relationships with all external partners, including buyers, suppliers, investors and sales partners.
