CurrentOrganisational Design Management:•Research & develop framework & guidelines for organisational management;•Provide consultancy to Business Units on changes in org structure & manage the implementation to optimise operation/ resource & rationalise structure;•Review BU’s roles & responsibilities and provide consultancy to ensure rationality & avoid overlapped/ ignored functions;•Coordinate with relevant parties to support BU’s to complete documents timely & legally;•Manage organisation management system (OMS) to ensure smooth & effective application in all HR activities;Job Management:•Develop, manage job management framework, guidelines and forms/ templates;•Conduct job grading, benchmarking;•Provide consultancy and support BU’s on Job Description development;Talent Management & Leadership Development:•Develop Core & Leadership Competency Dictionary for levels of employees;•Develop Competency-based Talent Assessment tools & guidelines via different methods;•Develop tools & guidelines for Succession Planning & Individual Development Plan;•Provide consultancy & coordinate the process of Talent Assessment & Development;•Design Assessment Centre for Management Associate Programme with detailed resource plan, material designs, templates;•Provide trainings to facilitators and assessors;Performance Management:•Develop and maintain Performance Mgt process, guidelines, tools/forms•Manage Online PMS to ensure smooth operations; propose, manage changes/ updates/ upgrades to the system•Provide consultancy & facilitate KPI setting, appraisal processes•Govern, verify to ensure KPIs are SMARTEmployee Engagement:•Conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey, analyse data & work on improvement plan;•Organise team building & employee engagement activities•Embed core values & expected behaviors into E&C activities to build corp. cultureKey learning:•Organisational development •Change management•Multi-project management•Dealing with Ambiguity
