Being assigned as a DCS Operator Engineer at the Solid State Polymerization (SSP) Plant, responsible for the following activities:- Controlling and monitoring the operational parameters of the PET resin production process via the DCS screen, and adjusting/responding promptly to any abnormal alarms to restore the system to normal status.- Monitoring, analyzing, evaluating, and managing the condition of machinery and equipment to ensure safety, stability, continuous operation, redundancy, and optimal efficiency.- Coordinating with field operators to maintain the safe and stable operation of the plant.- Preparing reports on the performance of production lines, machinery, and equipment; check and calculate the inventory of daily production and packaging output; and calculate monthly utility consumption.- Maintaining all equipment and machinery as per the plan to ensure they remain in good condition.- Shutting down and restarting the SSP plant after maintenance or incidents according to SOP, with a capacity of 1,200 tons/day.- Conducting training for new employees, support them to get used to production processes and field operator's work.- Supporting any assignments or tasks from the unit supervisor as required.

- Learned about the technologies, methods, and processes involved in turquoise hydrogen. Then, analyze the advantages, limitations, and potential of turquoise hydrogen solutions.- Participated in experiments involving the manufacturing of Ni/SiO2 and Ni/Al2O3 catalysts- Utilized the prepared catalysts for the production of turquoise hydrogen and calculate the efficiency and conversion rates of each catalyst

- Studied overview of the Ca Mau Gas Processing Plant- Understanding the overall technological process of Ca Mau Gas processing plants, with a particular emphasis on the deethanizer separation cluster.- Learned about pumps, valves, distillation column and heat exchanger
