Current- Was Lead Producer for an Unnamed Project, leading 50+ artists and engineers from 2022 January to November 2022- Effectively leveraged the OKR framework to set actionable goals, drive results, and make clear impactful decisions in the face of organization ambiguity- Assessed and applied different production techniques given the situation- Hypothesized and tested theories to assess the feasibility of options and goals- An SME in several fields for the project: Rigging, Animation, VFX, Rendering, Game Editors, Content Workflows, and External Development- Leverage data to set direction and align leadership on strategic options- Built deep partnerships with external partners to unify towards a common objective- Accountable to all of Art (including Audio) for the project, and engineering related to the art domain (rigging, vfx, rendering, etc..)Currently: Product Manager on League of Legends focusing on Workflows for Content Development
