I am a Partner in Sharp Tudhope's Corporate and Commercial team.My focus areas are mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and helping early stage ventures build their foundation for growth and execute on their ambitions. In addition to these focus areas, I regularly help clients solve problems and manage risk in their business with a broad range of corporate and commercial advice.I am an active investor in early stage companies and Chair the Board of EA GP Limited, the general partner managing each of the Enterprise Angels Investment Funds. I provide pro bono legal support and advisory services to the STEM Wana Trust - promoter of the Tauranga Stem Festival. The Stem Wana Trust will play a key role in the promotion of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics to young people in the Bay of Plenty and beyond and I am proud to be associated with it.Prior to settling in Tauranga, I gained experience living and working in Melbourne and Wellington at top tier law firms.I look forward to connecting.
